Q What do I do if I cannot log in?
Click on 'Forgotten your user name or password?' under the log in boxes. You will receive an email in your registered email address and follow the instruction to reset your password. For this to work, your email address in your profile must be correct. Check it / change it NOW!
Alternatively, you may write an email requesting to change password to peowlhelpdesk@gmail.com
Q When are eGrad Assessments due?
Within 5 DAYS of the lesson. It is best to submit assessments within 2-3 days of the class whilst the information is still easily remembered.
Q How many attempts are permitted?
Up to 2 attempts. I.e. if you fail an assessment, you will be given 1 further opportunity to submit.
If you fail an assessment, re-attempt it immediately.
Q What if I fail both attempts?
You’ll need to contact the PY Operations team . (E: py.Sydney@performance.edu.au)
Q What is the pass mark?
This varies from subject to subject. Refer to your Course Requirements Checklist for more detailed information.
Q What if I submit my assessment late?
Students must submit assessments on time. Late submissions result in delays in grading which can delay your internship placement and even graduation.
Q How can I get technical help?
Email to peowlhelpdesk@gmail.com We need emails to track the cause of problems.
Q How can I save my data if I want to stop the Assessment now and continue it later? I don't want to submit it yet.
Click 'next' button which forces eGrad to save the page in the database, then log out. Do NOT click submit button.
Q What is the maximum time that an eGrad session is open?
4 hrs. If a session is open longer, you will lose all the work in this session. The best way to do essay Assessments is to type into MS Word or a browser and use the spell checker. When the answer is finished, copy and paste into the eGrad dialogue box. Then the session will never exceed 4 hrs.
